Here’s what your first 90 minute session at our clinic will look like:

Holistic Health Chat
Sit down with one of our team and have a chat to us so we can understand where you are at and create a personalized Hyperbaric Journey for you.
02.
PEMF Therapy
Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field therapy improves blood flow and circulation which helps maximize your absorption of oxygen within our chambers.
The PEMF session takes 8 minutes.
03.
Light Therapy
Light therapy boosts energy levels and induces relaxation to help you feel more centered before entering the HBOT chamber.
Your Light Therapy session will take place during the PEMF process.
04.
Chamber debrief
We will walk you through a quick health and safety debrief so that you feel relaxed in your session.
You will be equipped with a nasal cannula, walkie-talkie, pillow, and blanket (for your comfort in the chamber).
05.
HBOT Session
Your entire treatment session (PEMF, Light Therapy and HBOT) will be approximately 90 minutes long. We encourage you to bring a book.
You can have your electronic devices in the chamber with you.
06.
Rest
After you have completed your HBOT session, we will provide you with a tea from our Pukka selection (or a glass of alkalized water).
